Internal Training
Dick Corporation promotes training to enhance employee skills and opportunities for advancement. Internal training is provided in a classroom setting as well as web-based distance learning. Employees are encouraged to participate in the training for personal and processional growth.

Seminars, Specific Job Training
Reimbursement for seminars or specific job-related training will be available to company personnel pending supervisor approval. Generally, a handout of training sessions covering computer skills, construction techniques, environmental concerns etc., will be provided by a supervisor.

College Level Courses Leading to a Degree
Tuition reimbursement is a discretionary program for eligible participants attending college/university-level courses leading to a degree. Employees may request and receive tuition reimbursement for these classes based upon approval by Sr. Management.

Continuing Education
Based upon approval from their manager, employees may request and receive tuition reimbursement for continuing education (college/university-level courses) that directly relates to their present position but will not go toward obtaining a degree.
